The space
DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM — King bed with memory foam topper, 100% cotton sheets, and down-alternative comforter. Patio door opens to a private deck screened by native shrubs. Rainfall shower just steps away, stocked with towels, toiletries, cotton bathrobes, and a hairdryer. A sliding privacy curtain separates this wing from the living room.
UPSTAIRS BEDROOM — Queen bed with the same premium bedding. Rainfall shower with teak mat just outside your door.
MEDITATION ROOM — French doors open onto a deck with San Francisco Peaks views. Inside: a 528 Hz sound therapy chime, Tibetan singing bowl, color-adjustable lighting, Bluetooth speaker, Himalayan salt lamps, and soft lounge seating. It's as restorative as it sounds.
LIBRARY — A curated, eclectic book collection. Grab one, sink into the sofa with a plush blanket, and lose track of time.
WORKSPACE — Printer, scanner, and a prairie view upstairs. Need a full-size desk chair? Just ask and we'll set one up.
LIVING ROOM — Propane fireplace for cozy evenings — all the ambience, none of the firewood. No TV on purpose. This is a place to unplug. (You may want to download entertainment before you arrive, just in case.)
KITCHEN & DINING — Fully equipped kitchen and dining for 8. We stock basic seasonings and cooking oils, plus farm-fresh eggs from our own chickens and Seattle's Best dark roast — all you care to caffeinate.
GOOD TO KNOW — Starlink wifi (speeds are generally good but can slow in the evening). Washer and dryer available. Questions about the home or the area? Just ask — we're right next door.
Guest access
You will have private use of the entire home.
You will also have largely private use of all the outdoor spaces. The exception to this will be our daily visits to the chicken yard and the hoophouse, and to check and maintain the hot tub.
Other things to note
Our home is not wheelchair accessible and does require climbing stairs.
We're fully licensed: AZ tax license 21470928, Coconino County permit STR-24-0961.

Neighborhood highlights
Our home sits on the edge of a small neighborhood in a peaceful rural setting.
By road, we are about 5 miles from Interstate 40, and the last 4 miles are county-maintained gravel. It is passable for any type of car, but sometimes has bumpy washboards and loose gravel on the surface...and your vehicle WILL get dusty on the drive.
We are about a 10-minute drive from the Parks feed store, which sells gas, and has a small convenience store. We are about a 30-minute drive from the nearest restaurants, groceries, and other services, in either Williams or Flagstaff.
Our property backs up to public land, so great hiking, biking, and wildlife watching is available right from our door. You can also drive or walk to explore other nearby options, including open prairie, small lakes, beautiful canyons, and ponderosa pine forest.
