It is a beautiful, cozy wooden cabin, and is well-equipped; on sunny days it gets a little warm but is chillier at night — we usually leave 2 blankets for the coldest nights; my husband Andres and I work very hard on many aspects of the cabin and its garden and we are happy to share our little patch of heaven with visitors. We are more than happy to help as much as we can.

The space
Come and visit our cabin in South America's version of Switzerland; it has a spectacular view and is far from the hustle and bustle of the city; features an indoor fireplace, beautiful balcony, and a garden that is brimming with flowers!

The cabin is on a private residential plot. When you book, we will send you a set of additional photo instructions to help with self check-in. We will also ask for photos of your auto license plates plus ones of both sides of your ID cards. This is to identify you.

Now every night includes wood for the fire.

Overnight stays Sunday through Thursday are cheaper than Friday and Saturday and special dates and/or holidays.

There is a security camera at the entrance to see who leaves and enters only.

My husband and I list the cabin; we do not live in the area so we provide directions and videos to help guests check-in, and prepare everything for a perfect stay. It is a very private, well-kept area, and is designed mainly with our guests in mind.


Price includes stay access to the indoor Jacuzzi area located next to the cabin. Exclusively for your use.

Other things to note
The street going up to the cabin has gaps and in some parts it is a little narrow for 2 cars but any car arrives without problem and going up carefully.

No less than 80% of the cabin is made from wood so please be especially careful when using the fireplace.

Always close the main gate of the residential complex as it was found to maintain security.

The area is very quiet and very safe!

The firewood for the fireplace lasts a couple of hours but not all night. We don't offer unlimited firewood

Its privacy and forest charm. The cabin is in the direction of Barva volcano. Normally cold but on sunny days it is advisable to use sun cream.
