NOTICE: From June to September, temperatures can be high due to the region’s extreme heat. Anica, true to its eco-friendly essence, features a solar chimney for improved natural ventilation and ceiling fans but does not have air conditioning.

A unique architectural retreat designed for your comfort, with custom-made furniture and cozy spaces perfect for family or friends. Located in a natural reserve, the casita offers privacy and tranquility, far from the town, ideal for an authentic experience surrounded by nature.

The main bedroom features a comfortable memory foam bed and a small closet for your belongings. The living-dining area includes a sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

The kitchen is equipped with essentials to prepare breakfast with stunning bay views or a starlit dinner on the deck.

Designed with the environment in mind, the casita uses insulating materials and a solar chimney to maintain comfortable temperatures throughout the day. Two fans are also available for added comfort.

The property includes 4G internet with a 10 Mbps speed, suitable for basic tasks.
