Charming 1800s brick home with about 1,800 sq ft of living space. Privacy fence with gate surrounds about 1/2 an acre of the side and back yard. Local brewery, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, grocery store and even a Farmer's Market, when in season, all within a mile. Located on the Bourbon Trail.
