Newly remodeled Private 1 bedroom mother-in-law studio with bathroom and kitchenette (no oven), 450 sqft suite located downstairs INSIDE my split level home located in a residential neighborhood.

Entryway and hall are only shared space. Laundry for longterm guests only.

Comfortably fits 2 adults. King bed converts to 2 twin XL beds.

One dog OK. Pet fee applies. Please notify in advance. Other dog lives on property.

The space

Private 1 bedroom studio with king bed (converts to 2 Twin XL) and sofa, 1 bathroom with shower, and kitchenette (microwave, air fryer oven, single burner induction cooktop, Keurig, fridge/freezer, basic cooking necessities). 450 sqft mother-in-law unit located DOWNSTAIRS inside my house. Shared entry and hall. Adults only.

Not suitable for children under 12 yrs of age.

Minimum 3 night stay. Now accepting longterm Travel Nurse or professionals stays. Ask for availability.

One dog OK with prior approval. You must clean up ALL PET WASTE and throw away in green trash bin.

Laundry available for stays over 14 nights only. There is a laundromat near by.

Shared main entry and stairwell. Keyless door entry. Hand sanitizer dispenser at the front door, wipes and spray for thorough sanitatation process.

Private downstairs one bedroom suite with large living space and recently remodeled (Sep 2021) bathroom, updated studio bedroom and kitchenette (Sep 2024). Approximately 450 sqft of privacy in your own guest studio.

Check in is after 4 PM and check out is at noon.

Luggage storage available for $10 per day. Early bag drop off No Charge day of check in.

Garage Gym access available for additional fee. No laundry access. Laundromat nearby. Laundry access and gym use included for guests staying 14 nights or more only.

I've lived in Alaska for over 3 decades and always open to answering questions or recommending activities that meet your interests. I work remote so am able to be flexible in schedule most days.

PLEASE NOTE FOR REMOTE WORKERS:
This is Alaska and our internet providers are just okay. Please keep in mind that internet can be spotty, especially during high traffic times. I work from home and don't have issues with it, however Zoom and Video conferencing can sometimes be hit or miss.

Quiet residential neighborhood nearby restaurants and shops with Balto Park across the street. 2 blocks from Rustic Goat restaurant, 1 mile to Tony Knowles Coastal Trail, 3 miles to the airport, 6 miles to downtown, 6-8 miles from all major hospitals, 2 miles to Safeway. Great location to get around Anchorage without the noise or expense of downtown. Walk, run, rent a bike to get around, Uber/Lyft/Taxi, rent a car, etc. Take the bus (don't recommend this, our bus is sketch) if you're brave.
