We provide furnishings, linens, and housewares. Our apartments are professionally managed, giving you a clean and comfortable environment. Every apartment is fully furnished and professionally cleaned between residents. It also includes Wi-Fi, TV (Antenna, Netflix or Roku). 778 sq. ft.

The space
The free valet parking and self garage parking is an added bonus and the doorman and the front desk associates are extremely personable and eager to assist in any way. Located in the heart of the medical center in Houston, many of the hospitals & doctors’ offices are within walking distance. Shuttle at your doorstep and the Metro-rail station across street, Rice University, Rice Village, Herman Park and Houston's cosmopolitan culinary and art scene.
Very convenient to MD Anderson with an on demand shuttle that will take you anywhere within a 5 mile range of apartment, it is free shuttle runs from 5:40 am to 7:40 pm Monday-Friday. The apartment is clean and comfortable and the building is gorgeous with amazing amenities.
