Enjoy a peaceful getaway just 15–20 minutes (3.2 km) from SM Baguio, with easy access via Marcos Highway or Kennon Road. Our 55sqm unit is designed for families & groups who want a comfortable space while being close to the city.
The unit is most comfortable for up to 6 guests, but can accommodate a maximum of 8 with the use of bunk beds & floor mattresses.
Base rate is good for 2 guests, extra fee for guests of more than 2 applies.
The space
🚗 Free On-Site Parking
- A dedicated parking slot is available right in front of the unit for your convenience. While the space is not very wide, it is designed to fit one vehicle comfortably, including pickups or vans. No need to worry about searching for parking during your stay — just park and relax. Should you need another parking slot, we can offer a paid parking (open-space and located another street from our place) subject to availability (PHP250 per night). Since this is an open parking area, we will not be liable in case of losses.
🛏 What’s Inside
- 2 Bedrooms – each room comes with a bunk bed that can accommodate a total of 4 guests. Floor mattresses are provided for extra guests up to group of 8.
- Fresh linens, towels, and complete toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tissue, paper towels). Tissue and paper towels are not refillable.
- Wall fans & electric fans for cool mountain air comfort.
🍳Cook & Dine Your Way
- Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, rice cooker, microwave, pots & pans, plates, mugs, utensils, electric kettle, designed for your cooking needs. We appreciate though if you will refrain from cooking strong-smelling food like fried fish or daing, tuyo, and others. In case of power interruption, we provide a butane stove (1 can is provided and you may purchase from us or outside for subsequent use).
- Refrigerator, drinking water in a hot & cold water dispenser. Drinking water is refillable for the entire stay.
- Compact dining table for 4 + coffee table for 2. Extra chairs and tables (lifetime foldable tables) can be provided upon request or based on needs.
📺 Entertainment & Connectivity
- WiFi – fast & reliable for work or streaming. Our connection is 600MBPS but we have bandwidth management within our units so the space has a dedicated speed of up to 200MBPS.
- Television with Netflix, YouTube premium, Disney+ – all included.
- 1 toilet and bath, hot & cold shower for cozy evenings.
🚦 Location & Accessibility
We are located at New Site, Bakakeng (near SLU Bakakeng Campus). Our place is along a secondary road, making it quieter than the main highway but still very accessible. The road is not steep, so driving and parking are easy — even for bigger vehicles like vans or pickups. We are accessible from Kennon Road, or Marcos Highway (Ben Palispis Highway).
🛏 Sleeping Arrangements
- The unit is comfortable for groups of up to 6 guests. We also provide floor mattresses for extra guests.
For everyone’s comfort, please make sure to declare the correct number of guests upon booking, including infants and children. Our pricing and preparations are based on the total headcount, so kindly select the right number of guests according to age when reserving.
👥 Guest Count Policy
If your group size will vary from day to day during your stay, please make sure to book based on the maximum number of guests who will be staying at any point. This allows us to prepare the unit properly with enough linens, mattresses, and supplies for everyone.
📅 Booking Policy
A minimum stay of 2 nights is required on weekends and holidays.
Guest access
🌆 Rooftop Access
Our unit has access to a private rooftop on the 3rd floor, which guests are welcome to use for dining or simply enjoying the cool Baguio breeze.
Please note:
The rooftop is primarily a private space, but we allow guests to use it during their stay.
If you’d like to use the rooftop for a gathering or small party with outside visitors, a minimum fee per head applies. This helps us maintain cleanliness and security for all.
Other things to note
🚭 Smoking & Vaping Policy
Please be reminded that our property is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping space, both inside the unit and in all outdoor areas. We do not have a designated smoking area on site.
To keep the space clean and fresh for all guests, a penalty of PHP 3,000 will apply for any violations of this rule.
🐾 Pet Policy
We are not a pet-friendly property. For the comfort of all guests and to maintain cleanliness, pets are not allowed inside the unit or on the premises.
A penalty of PHP 1,500 per pet per night will apply if pets are brought in without prior disclosure or approval.
