• Located in a quiet residential HOA neighborhood. The maximum occupancy is 12 guests total at any time (including visitors). No parties or events, only small gatherings are allowed. Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum at all times.

• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. No DJs, outdoor amplified music, or large outdoor setups.

• Parking must be limited to the driveway and garage first. Do not block neighbors’ driveways or the street flow. Do not park close to neighbors driveway or their grass.

• No smoking of any kind anywhere on the property. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana (weed), hookah, or any other smoking devices, both inside the home and in all outdoor areas.

• Check-out time: 11:00 AM or at your request. Extra fee may apply.

• Please treat the home with care and leave it in good condition. If anything is damaged, inform me immediately so we can resolve it fairly. Undisclosed damages may result in additional charges through Airbnb’s resolution process.
