About the Lake:
Pyramid Village is a collection of pyramid homes with individual owners that share one large lake made of natural fresh spring water directly from the ground. This lake is paved on the bottom and essentially functions like a pool as it is tested regularly to ensure its safety. All pyramid guests are allowed to enjoy this amazing lake all year round. Unfortunately, no outside guests are allowed at the lake. The water itself is not heated, but it tends to warm up nicely from the sun and is generally similar to the gulf water temps. There are plenty of chairs/ loungers to relax and enjoy this unique area.
Please note - since this is natural spring water, there are many color variations that occur naturally throughout the year. During summer months and periods of extreme heat and heavy rain, it is not uncommon for the water to appear greener and less clear. We do our best to keep it clear for optimal swimming but it is not guaranteed. It can vary from day to day during your stay.

This unit features two total queen bedrooms making it ideal for small groups or families. The home features one full bathroom (with tub/shower), a fully equipped cozy kitchen, washer and dryer, and a large patio with a gas grill (propane provided).

Other things to note
This pyramid is in a wonderful location in Southwest Florida. It is just a short drive away (15 miles) to many beaches, shopping, restaurants. Some of the highlights in the area include Sanibel Island, Naples, Ft Myers Beach, Bonita Beach, Coconut Point shopping center, Lakes Park, Miromar Outlet mall, Koreshan State Park, and a few local kayak places.
This pyramid is located on the same side as the lake. You will have views of the lake from the back patio and upstairs bedroom. You are just a few steps to the actual lake area.
This is a quiet and relaxing community. We ask that guests respect the village and other guests on site. No excessive noise or parties will be allowed , especially at night .

The village was built 20 years ago , so please understand these pyramids have some slight wear and tear. Keep in mind it is a tropical and humid environment located on a natural spring lake. For those travelers who have sensitivities and allergies or asthma these pyramids might not be perfect for you. We are not representing these homes would compare to an elite hotel or resort, but an alternative to other vacation options.
Florida is home to many critters and pests in this environment. We do our very best to keep these pests outside where they belong. Southwest Florida is home to palmetto bugs, geckos, sand fleas, ants, and no-see-ums. Despite our best efforts, is is not uncommon to see these critters during your stay. The no-see-ums and sand fleas can cause bites while outside so we recommend bringing bug spray during your time here. The palmetto bugs and worms often seek water especially during the summer months. We are happy to come spray if they are an issue while you are here.
Due to several post hurricane projects , we sometimes move guests to alternate units . They are all the same size, just different decor
