The space
Villa Palomo - Amari Private Resort inclusions:
Social Hall inclusions: (1) Social Hall aircon; (2) Videoke (3) Chairs and Tables good for 80pax
* We charge additional Php10,000.00 for events. Our social Hall can accommodate up to 80pax.
* Sounds and Videoke must be set to moderate at 10:00pm to 6:00am
Rooms inclusions: Four (4) airconditioned private rooms with own T&B and shower heater good for 40pax
Room 1 (GF) - good for 4 pax
Room 2 (Basement) - good for 14pax
Room 3 (Basement) - good for 14pax
Room 4 (Basement) - good for 8pax
* VIP room with own T&B and shower heater, king size bed, dresser, vanity mirror, 32-inch TV to subject to additional charge: Php3,000.00/night
*Food and drinks not allowed in the rooms. We charge Php2,000.00 cleaning fee for eating inside any of the rooms.
* Personal care and toilet essentials, and towels are not provided
Swimming Pool includes infinity pool (2 to 5 ft) and kiddie pool (2ft)
* No lifeguard on duty
* Please use swim wear and bathing suits. Colored cotton clothes may cause discoloration of the pool.
* Please monitor minors and elderly at all times when in or around the swimming pool area
Kitchen and Grill Area inclusions: 2-burner stove (free gas), refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave oven, water dispenser (free 2 5gallons)
* Additional water - Php150/5 gallons
* Cooking Condiments (salt, pepper, oil, etc. not included)
* Cooking utensils included 1 cooking pot, 1 frying pan, ladle, kitchen turner, chopping board and 1 knife
Guest access
Check-in is strictly at 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon. Early check-ins or adjusted scheduled subject to confirmation of availability.
* A caretaker shall let you in the property on your scheduled reservation. Kindly message our caretaker before arriving at our resort.
* After endorsing the resort, the caretaker shall not be allowed to enter the property, except upon instruction of the guest for matters pertaining to the resort.
* The guests may access the whole property as included in the package
Check-out is strictly at 11:00 o'clock in the morning. Late check-outs or adjusted scheduled subject to confirmation of availability.
Other things to note
HOUSE RULES:
1. Guests must sign the Waiver before entering the property.
2. No corkage in bringing any food or drinks
3. There will be no housekeeping during the duration of your stay. Housekeeping is for booking 3 nights or more.
4. Pets are allowed except in the swimming pool
5. No smoking inside the Social Hall and the Rooms. We charge Php5,000.00 as cleaning fee.
6. Food and drinks not allowed in the rooms. We charge Php2,000.00 cleaning fee for eating inside any of the rooms.
7. Please monitor minors and elderly at all times when in or around the swimming pool area
8. We are inside a subdivision. Sounds and Video are set to moderate at 10:00 pm. Please maintain your sounds within the social hall. Shouting and loud voices are prohibited after 10:00pm.
9. Check-out time is strictly observed to allow the management to clean the property. Extensions are not allowed unless there is prior arrangement with the management. We charge Php1,000.00 per hour for extensions if there are no succeeding guest/s.
10. Guests are FULLY RESPONSIBLE to pay for any FINES, LOSSES AND/OR DAMAGES to the resort properties caused by guests, their visitors, or their friends during their stay.
