The entire apartment is reserved for the guest. The only shared space is the communal laundry located in the general grounds of the apartment block.

Other things to note
Based on guest feedback, we have upgraded the sofa bed to a comfortable mattress topped sofa bed (rather than a futon).

I love exploring beautiful places with my husband & 2 daughters. Give us a beach on a warm sunny day and we are in our happy place. We've chased the sun to Fiji, Thailand, Sunshine Coast in Australia, Dubai, and South Africa. We have also adventured around own stunning country - Queenstown is one of our most favourite places with it's majestic mountains and glistening lakes. We have two apartments there and enjoy welcoming guests from all over the world.
