A modern rustic cabin chalet, flooded with natural light, nestled on a gently sloping third-acre plot amid pine trees in a serene, mature neighborhood. Wilderness greets you on the back porch with elk, deer, javelina, while civilization awaits out the front door with dining, grocery stores, and shops nearby. Embrace the tranquility of nature and the warmth of home.

The space
The house centers around the Great Room which comprise of an open living room, dining room and attached kitchen. The loft/Bedroom overlooks the Great Room, and the large Main Bedroom is private with direct access to the screened porch, kitchen and Main Bath. The Ground floor has access to the Garage, 2nd Bath, and a secluded bedroom with fireplace.

Guest access
The only rooms not available to Guests are areas reserved to support the property and are labeled on the doors: Maintenance, Storage, and Supplies. Additionally, the outdoor maintenance patio shed is not accessible.

Please note the LTR agreement will need to be signed and application process completed by guests for stays more than 30 days.

Other things to note
A G.E. refridgerator dispenses cold filtered water and Ice. Recumbant excercise bike available.

The main floor bathroom tub has a non-slip surface; however, there is also a non-slip tub mat provided, stored in the vanity for extra stability as needed.
