Our stay was great! Jerry was a very helpful host and easy to get in touch with regarding any questions. The pool was my favorite part, very peaceful neighborhood and the kitchen/living room is also very pristine. The house looks just like the pictures.

Stephanie was great she made the whole process super easy. I asked her several questions before our stay and she was quick to respond every time. I can honestly say this was one of the nicest houses we have stayed at for Air BNB. The games and activities provided kept our family happy the whole stay between the heated pool, cornhole, pool table and board games there was never a dull moment. We also cooked an early Thanksgiving dinner for 11 and the kitchen was well stocked to make all the dishes. Great location just 5 minutes from tons of shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything in this house just kept getting better and better! It was the absolute best stay I’ve ever experienced in a home, and it was so welcoming and inviting, my family reunion was so beyond perfect thanks to this host and how much attention to detail was displayed 10/10 would come back!

We loved our stay at this home. Felt like home and it was much needed while our home was getting work done. Would highly recommend this home and his others as well. We did end up staying at another home of this host and so thankful to be able to do so.

We had a nice family reunion for Thanksgiving and enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outdoor grill with bar. The water was crystal clear in the hot tub and pool and the home was clean with all the cookware needed for our Thanksgiving meal

Bryan's Place was incredibly inviting and made us feel right at home. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hosts were genuinely delighted to have us as their guests. Their hospitality created a comforting atmosphere, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay without the feeling of intruding on someone's personal space. The accommodations were not only comfortable but also impeccably maintained, reflecting the hosts' attention to detail. With such a positive experience, we are already looking forward to booking this delightful spot every time our family returns to Mesa.

Everything was as pictured! The place was very spacious and well furnished. Short 10 minute walk to Apache Wells many amenities! Many restaurants and shopping less than 15 minutes away. Neighbors were very friendly. It was great to have the driving range a few steps from back patio. And Amazon and Walmart same day delivery. Jennifer was a great host, very responsive. Look forward to next year.

We really enjoyed staying here for the week! Our kids loved the pool and thought the lizards crawling over the wall was the coolest thing they had ever seen. Beds were super comfortable. Nicole was very helpful with everything I had asked and responded quickly! We will definitely use this house again for a future stay!

Perfect place for our Thanksgiving weekend (Wednesday-Sunday). Comfortable, clean, beautiful home. Lee is a true SUPER-host! From first contact (no, Lee's not an alien) to final checkout he was responsive, intelligent, sincere and helpful. The area is great with plenty of nearby shopping, parks (one right in the neighborhood!), theaters, restaurants and freeways. Excellent value, price and comfort. We will come again, of course. George was an absolutely amazing host! He was super responsive and a joy to talk to. My wife, daughter, and I loved the Payson Ranch! It’s a beautiful home filled with lots of amenities that make you feel right at home. In addition the decor was both modern and cabin feely (if that’s even a word). Plus George had lots of cooking utensils in the kitchen which made it a breeze making food on site. I would highly recommend this home to anyone as it is an incredible place to stay with an even more incredible host!

Christina was a great host. Was so pleased the kitchen was well appointed and clean. Comfortable beds. And she did not pinch pennies on little things like toilet paper and paper towels. Very nice. We will stay again next we visit the area.

We needed to check in early to get to an event at 4pm and ShLee was very nice and accommodating. She was quick to respond and has a beautiful home. It was very clean, had nice upgrades, and if you cook you have lots of spices, olive oil, etc. so you don’t have to bring with you or buy which is so nice. Some things guest may like to know before booking is the A/C is locked up and kept at 76 degrees, and pool is kept at 75 degrees an extra cost to heat to 85. Definitely a great place to stay in Mesa and friendly host.

This house is beautiful. The pool is salt water and there was plenty of outdoor Lounges and tables. The kitchen was fully loaded, we enjoyed cooking in it. We went in July when there was a heat warning. The house was cool and the pool was lovely! The dessert views were really pretty. Lots of restaurants near by. A perfect home to stay and relax in.

absolutely perfect! the place made our family stay the best it could be. in addition to being perfect - they were extremely flexible, accomodating and responsive! cant say enough great things!!!! highest recommendation!

Jess was an amazing host and Max Resort is somewhere that we plan on frequenting moving forward. Pristine pool and hot tub, king sized bunks in the casita, enormous kitchen. This place is amazing and has plenty of entertainment for all. I highly recommend staying at Max Resort for some RnR. Thanks Jess!

Gloria’s place was exactly what we needed for our stay in the most sought after neighborhood, Power Ranch. The home has an open concept with the kitchen, dinning and living room all in one area where I could enjoy spending time with my family while I cooked, my husband enjoyed the recliner and my daughter worked from the dinning table. The master bedroom has a desk that we appreciated as my daughter was working remotely. The home has allot of natural light and was beautifully decorated. We were in Phoenix to celebrate my mother’s birthday and being down the street from them was super convenient! Thank you so much Gloria for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! We definitely be back next year!
