Step outside and take in the fresh mountain air from our expansive decks, designed for relaxation, dining, and taking in the picturesque views.
The backyard offers a hot tub with breathtaking 180-degree views of the mountains and alpine trees, making it a perfect spot to relax in any season. Double decks provide stunning mountain views, creating an ideal setting for unwinding outdoors. A gas propane BBQ grill is available for cooking delicious meals, while the outdoor dining area is perfect for enjoying them. Adirondack chairs surround a propane fire pit, offering a cozy space to gather and enjoy evenings under the stars.
The front deck features a peek-a-boo view of the lake, providing a serene and scenic spot to relax and take in the surroundings.
Living Room
After a day of outdoor adventures, gather in the family room under the hand-carved beam ceiling and sink into the comfy leather reclining sofas to relax by the wood-burning brick-faced fireplace (firewood not provided) perfect for chilly mountain nights. Stream your favorite shows or movies on the flat-screen streaming TV pre-loaded with apps (log in with your own accounts), or connect to the Bluetooth multimedia player for music or podcasts. A cozy nearby nook with sliding door features a children’s toy area and queen-size sleeper sofa, offering additional sleeping space.
Game Room
No mountain getaway is complete without entertainment, and our game & dining room delivers! The game & dining room features an open concept feel with a beamed vaulted pine ceiling, perfect for family game night and puzzles. Enjoy our vintage pool table, or kick back and watch the big game or a movie on the huge 75” flat-screen streaming TV pre-loaded with apps (log in with your own accounts). The game room also features a bar counter with seating, making it the perfect spot for enjoying drinks and snacks while playing.
Kitchen
This fully equipped kitchen blends modern convenience with rustic charm, featuring wood plank flooring and a hand-carved wood beam. Recently updated with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, it is designed for gathering and preparing large meals with ease. The kitchen counter seats three under a charming brick archway, creating a perfect spot for breakfast or conversation while cooking. It includes a double oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, griddle, crockpot, and a full selection of cookware and bakeware. A Keurig Duo coffee maker is provided, along with starter coffee pods (no ground coffee), tea, sugars, and creamer.
Dining Room
Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room features a large table with seating for 10, making it easy to enjoy meals together. For additional seating, the game room bar counter offers space for 3 guests.
Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements
With four spacious bedrooms, our home comfortably sleeps up to 10 adults and 2 children. Each room is designed for a restful and cozy night’s sleep, featuring both comforters and quilts, extra pillow and blankets, luggage racks, alarm clocks, and charging options.
Primary Bedroom (Upstairs) – The upstairs primary bedroom is a private oasis designed for comfort and relaxation. It features a queen Sleep Number bed, ensuring the perfect night’s sleep. Step onto the private balcony to take in breathtaking mountain views while enjoying the warmth of a propane fire pit, a cozy hanging egg chair, and two additional chairs. A dedicated workspace provides a quiet spot for remote work or trip planning. The en-suite bathroom offers a modern, spacious shower with sleek chrome fixtures.
Bedroom Two (Upstairs) – The upstairs second bedroom includes a queen-size bed with direct views of Bear Mountain slopes and large closet.
Bedroom Three (Upstairs) – The upstairs third bedroom includes a queen-over-queen bunk bed with a Sleep Number bottom mattress and large closet. Bunk has 400 lb resting weight capacity per sleeping surface.
Bedroom Four (First Floor) – The downstairs fourth bedroom includes a full-size Sleep Number bed and Twin-over-twin bunk bed set with an adjacent bathroom with shower. Bunk has 200 lb resting weight capacity per sleeping surface.
Bathrooms and Laundry Room
With three bathrooms and a tankless on-demand water heater, enjoy plenty of hot water in all rooms of the house and essentials such as hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, cotton products, and more! The Laundry room offers a washer & dryer for your convenience.
Family-Friendly Amenities
Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered! The home includes a dedicated children’s play area stocked with toys and books, providing entertainment and convenience. A Pack 'n Play is available and can be found in the upstairs closet, with sheets neatly stored in the dresser. For added safety, a baby gate is provided and can be located behind the living room loveseat or near the game room pool cues. Children's dinnerware is also included, making mealtime easy and stress-free.

Our home is perfectly positioned for a peaceful getaway, while still being just minutes from all of Big Bear’s top attractions: Bear Mountain Ski Resort and Golf Course, Alpine Zoo, and hiking/biking trails within 2-miles, Big Bear Lake, the Village, and more within 5-miles!
Guest access
Guests have full access to the home except 2 downstairs closets and 1 upstairs closet in primary master bedroom. No guest access to the garage or the 2nd driveway which is chained off.

Guests must be 25 years or older to book this home.
Maximum occupancy of 12 guests with maximum of 10 adults. Guest total includes children, toddlers, and infants.
Maximum of 4 vehicles. Vehicles include towing trailers and boats. Parking is only permitted in front of and next to garage. No parking in street or yard.
