Aloha Suites is a completely private retreat with its own entrance, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. Originally built as an ʻohana unit (Hawaiian in-law quarters), this serene hideaway is just 7.5 miles from Kona International Airport and 6 miles from Kailua-Kona town. Nestled on the peaceful slopes of Hualālai, the retreat offers both mountain and ocean views in Hawaiʻi’s only cloud forest.

The space
Bedroom 1: King-size bed, Hawaiian artwork, sitting area with TV, and sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.
Bedroom 2: King-size bed, closet, and recliner chair.
Bathroom: Spacious and private (see photos).
Kitchenette: Microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, and coffee maker—similar to a hotel setup. Please note: no stove, oven, washer, or dryer.
Privacy: Fully private with no shared spaces. The only common wall is with the host’s garage/office, which is double-locked at all times.

Private entrance with one dedicated parking stall directly in front of the unit (marked with orange cones).

Guests may enjoy the designated fenced garden exclusively for your use and immediate area surrounding the Aloha Suites. For safety and privacy, please do not wander to other home structures on the three acre property.

Other things to note
Early check in requests are passed along to the contracted cleaning team and they will notify us if the unit is available before the scheduled check in time.

There is shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and access to towels and beach towels. Any additional amenities not already in the unit should be provided by the guest.

Please note there is no stove and hood range in this unit. There is also no washer or dryer in the Aloha Suites, so please do a map search for the nearest laundromat or laundry service. Tyke’s Laundromat is six miles away.

Only registered guests are allowed on premises. Please ensure your airbnb reservation is current.

The host family lives on property but interaction is minimal and we respect your privacy. We have a family dog on property that is about 24 pounds. He’s a sweet guy but you may see or hear him barking. He does not pass the garage or go near the rental unit as he has an invisible fence.
