For your safety, Almost Bearadise is monitored by 3 exterior security cameras covering the driveway, front deck, and backyard. No cameras are inside the home or in private spaces. These cameras are only for security and monitoring the property exterior.

Before arrival, the following is required to complete check-in:
• First and last names of all guests staying at the property
• A phone number and email address for emergency and check-in communication
• A selfie holding a government-issued ID (for verification purposes only)

• Firewood not provided (bring clean, dry wood only)
• Burn wood only — no chemicals or foreign materials & No Pinecones

Damages
• Guests are responsible for any damages and must report issues immediately after check-in
***This is the mountains, and some things are out of our control, while we do our best to keep ants, insects, moths, mosquitos, rodents, spiders and any other form of wildlife outside the cabin, occasionally they may get inside the cabin. There will be NO REFUNDS for any Mountian wildlife inside the cabin that is out of our control.***
