The space
BRAND NEW FINISHED BASEMENT! We are so excited for you to enjoy the new basement with a dedicated arcade room, rec room with pool table and additional lounging space with a 75" TV and PS5.

Indoor Comfort
Step into a sun-drenched great room with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the majestic Shenandoah landscape like living artwork. Our thoughtfully designed space embodies Nordic minimalism without sacrificing comfort—fully equipped kitchen, premium memory foam mattresses, and tasteful, modern furnishings throughout.
3 bedrooms + loft, 3 full bathrooms:
- master bedroom features a queen-size bed
- second bedroom features a full-size bed
- basement bedroom has a bunk with a twin XL over a queen and a twin trundle pull out
- the loft bedroom is equipped with a trundle bed (full-sized bed + twin-sized pull out) and another full-sized convertible sofa bed.
The luxury memory foam mattresses ensure that everyone enjoys a cozy night of sleep.
Bright and open layout: the living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together seamlessly, creating the ideal space for gathering, sharing meals and making memories.
Let the fun begin with shuffled board (w/ LED lights), foosball, an array of board games, pool table and a special arcade alley with 3 arcade machines and a digital pinball machine!
Outdoor Living
- Sink into a 7-person hot tub while enjoying panoramic mountain views
- Gather around the propane fire pit for evening conversations under the stars
- Hang out on the hammock swings
- Enjoy coffee on the full-width deck overlooking the valley; In winter, watch skiers glide down the slopes with direct views of Massanutten's ski runs
- Enjoy meals on the expansive deck with comfortable seating using the Gas BBQ grill (w/ all necessary tools)
- Play a game of corn hole or giant Jenga (stored in laundry closet)

- Security cameras to monitor main entry points (front door, basement door, and driveway to ensure no unauthorized use of EV charger)
Guest access
You'll have exclusive access to the entire property, including:
- The unique yurt-inspired structure
- Expansive front deck
- Outdoor dining area
- Hot tub
- Parking for approximately 4 vehicles
As typical on the mountain the driveway is extremely steep, always use your emergency break. In the winter, we highly recommend 4WD vehicles for parking in the driveway. Rock salt will be stored in the mudroom for guest use.
There is no street parking (no tires touching the street), security will come by and will tow. You can use the overflow lot 2 mins away by the MPOA Swimming Pool at 4007 Peak Drive.
There are 3 exterior security cameras for guest safety - one by the EV charger, the doorbell camera, and one on the basement door.
