This cozy home has been cherished by families every summer for years in the hidden gem known as Town Neck Beach. As the gateway to Cape Cod, Sandwich is the perfect spot for your family vacation.

The space
We fell in love with this home because of how it brought our family together. With enough space to bring the whole gang, and so many activities nearby you'll always find somewhere to explore or relax.

Featuring 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 more upstairs, there is plenty of space for everyone. Each room has their own AC, or open the windows and enjoy a beautiful ocean breeze.

The deck on the back is where every hour turns into happy hour. With a large umbrella, patio furniture and table you'll be spending more time outside, than in.

Who doesn't love an outdoor shower to clean off all that salt and sand before heading out to Tree House Brewery for a pint at sunset or one of over 20 local restaurants within walking distance of the home.

Let yourself slow down and relax as time always seems to move a little shower on Cape.

Guest access
You have access to the entire home and yard. The shed under the deck has beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler and some bikes for you to use and enjoy.

Other things to note
This home is a little older and the staircase is a bit steep compared to modern standards. There is a child gate at the top of the stairs to keep the little ones safe.
