Guest access
Guests will have access to the main house and designated outdoor areas during their stay, including the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, study, dinning room, laundry room, and approved outdoor spaces.
For safety and storage purposes, the garage is not accessible to guests
We kindly ask guests to enjoy only the areas listed above and included in the reservation.

🌿 Alfresco Cottage — Guest Guidelines
To keep the cottage a beautiful experience for everyone, we ask all guests to respect a few simple standards. Thank you for being a thoughtful guest!
1. Quiet Hours · 10 PM – 7 AM
Please keep things peaceful during these hours. Outdoor gatherings wrap up by 10 PM. Repeated disturbances may result in early checkout.
2. Registered Guests Only
This is a private retreat, not an event venue. No parties or large gatherings please. Keep outdoor music low and neighborly.
3. Pool
Please don't adjust or remove pool equipment — it keeps everything running safely for you. No running, diving, or glassware in the pool area. Children must be supervised at all times. No lifeguard on duty.
🌡️ Pool heating available at $100 per stay (24hr notice required).
💧 A quick rinse before swimming helps keep the water pristine — thank you!
4. Grill
We'll prep the grill for you with advance notice — just let us know ahead of time and we'll have it ready to go!
5. Smoke-Free
The entire property — indoors and outdoors — is strictly smoke-free.
6. Neighborhood Courtesy
We're nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of neighbors, especially after dark.
7. Linens & Amenities
All towels, linens, tableware, and accessories stay in the cottage. Loss or damage may incur a replacement fee.
8. Waste & Recycling
Bag all trash and place in the designated bins at the driveway ends. Loose or excess waste may incur a $75 fee.
9. Pets
Sorry, no pets permitted.
10. Guest Count
Base rate covers up to 8 guests. Additional guests are $25/person/night up to a maximum of 10. All guests must be declared before check-in.
11. Check-Out · 11:00 AM
Late check-out available for $50/hr with advance approval. Unauthorized late check-out may incur fees.
12. Restricted Areas
The garage and any locked areas are private and not accessible to guests.
13. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings. The host cannot assume liability for accidents or injuries on the property.
