It is a 2-minute walk to the Baguio Cathedral and Session Road, and a 5-minute walk to Burnham Park and the Night Market. Important things to note before booking:
▫️ Our current Wi-Fi is not ideal for bandwidth-heavy tasks such as video conferencing, large file uploads, or remote work requiring fast internet speeds. If you're planning to work online while you're in Baguio, it is best to consider other options.
▫️ Our blinds/ curtains do not offer 100% black-out. If you’re sensitive to light or need complete darkness to sleep during the daytime, we recommend bringing an eye mask for added comfort.

Please read before booking – Here's what to expect at Alexandra Suite:
1. Air Conditioning (A/C)
While most accommodations in Baguio do not offer air conditioning, Alexandra Suite is equipped with an A/C unit for your comfort. This amenity is available upon request, with an additional fee of Php 300 per night. Kindly inform us at least one (1) day prior to your arrival if you would like to avail of this service.
2. Parking Arrangements
Reserved Parking may be arranged within or in nearby residential buildings for Php 500 per night, depending on availability. Please request at least two days in advance so we can assist.
3. Payments for Add-Ons
All payments must be made only through the Airbnb platform. Please note that we do not authorize payments or transactions through building staff or guards. If in doubt, message us here directly.
4. Check-In Time
Our standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM. If you are planning to arrive earlier (e.g., early morning hours), we recommend booking the previous night to ensure the suite is available upon your arrival.
5. Address & Check-In Details
For confirmed bookings, we’ll send the full address and check-in instructions through Airbnb on the day of your arrival, about 2 hours before your check-in time.
6. Luggage Storage
We regret that we are unable to offer on-site luggage storage before check-in or after checkout. However, there are independent, paid luggage storage services located in nearby buildings. Guests are welcome to explore these options at their discretion. Please note that these are not affiliated with Alexandra Suite, and we are unable to guarantee or take responsibility for the quality or safety of their services.
7. Check-Out Time
Check-out is by 11AM. Kindly follow our check-out guide (we’ll send it on the morning of your departure). Late check-outs will incur penalties.
8. House Rules
To keep things safe and comfortable for everyone, please note:
– No pets
– No smoking or vaping
– No parties or unregistered guests
– No heavy cooking and cooking/eating of food with strong odors
Violations will result in Alexandra Suite penalties in addition to building-imposed penalties.
9. Housekeeping Services
We offer complimentary weekly housekeeping (cleaning, linens and towel change) only for stays of 7 nights or longer. For guests staying fewer than 7 nights, mid-stay housekeeping is available upon request for Php 600 per service, which includes basic cleaning, linen and towel replacement. Advance notice is required for scheduling.
10. Wi-Fi
The unit is equipped with Wi-Fi, suitable for basic online use such as browsing, social media, messaging, emails, and even Netflix streaming on the smart TV. However, please note that the connection may not be ideal for bandwidth-heavy tasks such as video conferencing, large file uploads, or remote work requiring fast internet speeds.
