Located in the highly desired west beach, this home is in a new construction neighborhood. Price is reflective of construction discount, no other discounts will be available.

Walk up the stairs and immediately feel the salty breeze as you gaze at the emerald ocean across the street. You'll love the ocean facing deck for your morning coffee and to wind down with drinks in the evening. Enter the open concept living area where you'll be greeted with mid century modern furnishings in this brand new home. This 3 bedroom home sleeps 12 and has seating for 14 at dining table and counter bar. Each room features plush beds, smart TVs and full bathroom ensuites. Deeded beach access and community pool are just steps away (30 second walk).

LIVING ROOM
Lounge on the comfortable leather couch, stylish love seat, oversized chairs and entryway bench with 55" smart tv. BYO passwords.

DINING
The large 8 person table and 6 bar seats will allow for family dinners in the same space.

KITCHEN
Expansive cabinetry with new stainless steel appliances including ice maker and large pantry. Small appliances include toaster, blender, Keurig + traditional coffee maker, and griddle.

BEACH TOYS

EXPECTATIONS:
Upon arrival you will have clean sheets and covers on all beds. One bath towel and one hand towel per person provided.
Two hand towels per bathroom provided as well as one kitchen towel.
A starter supply of incidentals including:
- K Cups
- 2 Dishwasher Tablets
- 2 Laundry Pods
- 3oz Dish Soap
- Sponge
- 1 Trash Bag per can
- 1 Roll Paper Towel
- 1 Roll Toilet Paper per bathroom

Must be 25 to book.
Travel Insurance highly recommended for stays March - November. Refunds will not be provided for inclement weather, beach closings, marine life etc.
