Location
Tucked into a quiet residential pocket just off the main road, within easy reach of both Ebisu and Hiroo. The neighborhood is home to Japanese startups and remote workers—low-key, creative, and focused.
8 min walk to Hiroo Station
11 min walk to Ebisu Station (East Exit)
Note: Apple Maps sometimes suggests a longer route than necessary. Google Maps gives the correct path.
Despite the quiet feel, the area is highly walkable—restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and convenience stores are all close by.
House rules & access
No smoking anywhere in the building or outdoor areas. Reservations should be made directly by the staying guest. Early check-in may be available depending on the previous guest's checkout.
About the concrete interior
This room has exposed concrete walls. Guests with sensitivities to cement-based materials may prefer wooden buildings or RC buildings with finished interior walls (drywall, wallpaper, etc.).
Construction update (across the street)
Foundation work is now complete and indoor noise has settled to 31–39 dB—a range that generally doesn't disturb guests on night-shift schedules or those sleeping during the day. Work runs weekdays, roughly 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. A construction schedule and bi-weekly decibel logs are included in the listing photos. We'll update this section if anything changes.
Guest access
Guests have access to the stairs and hallway from the entrance to the room.
Other things to note
Check-in is available any time after 4 PM, with 24/7 access to the building. Both the main entrance and your room door lock automatically, so please save your passcode or keep it accessible on your phone to avoid getting locked out.
Within a 2-minute walk, you’ll find supermarkets, convenience stores, a 100-yen shop, and a coin laundry. The loft is in a quiet residential area—perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day out.
While the neighborhood itself isn’t a tourist zone, nightlife is easily accessible. Ebisu Yokocho is just an 8-minute walk away, and you’ll find lots of fun, offbeat bars in Ebisu—great spots to meet interesting locals and fellow travelers. Roppongi’s evening scene is also just one train stop away.
🚭 Important: This property is located in a legally designated non-smoking zone. Smoking is strictly prohibited—not only inside the room, but also on balconies, near entrances, or anywhere around the building. This includes outdoor areas.
Unfortunately, we’ve experienced serious issues in the past, including neighbors reporting guests to the police for smoking near the entrance. As a result, this rule is enforced without exception.
We kindly ask all guests to confirm they’ve read and agreed to this policy before booking. Violations will result in a penalty fee and a formal report to Airbnb.
Laundry service is provided once a week free of charge for guests staying more than one week. Additional loads can be arranged for ¥2,000 each. There is also a coin laundry just 2 minutes away.
Please note: We use American-made fabric softeners for our linens and towels. If you are sensitive to these fragrances, we kindly ask you to refrain from booking.
Construction of a new apartment building is scheduled to begin across the street starting February 2.
Work is expected to take place on weekdays between approximately 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
While significant noise is not anticipated, some construction sounds may be audible during daytime hours.
For this reason, this listing may not be suitable for guests who work during nighttime hours due to time zone differences and rest during the day.
