This luxury loft is located in the true heart of Playa del Carmen. Only a short walking distance from the beach, the famous 5th Av, restaurants, supermarkets, mall, beach clubs and rooftop bars.

The space
This is a luminous and very comfortable loft, built in 2023. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, pots and pans, utensils, etc.

The apartment is on the 5th floor, with a large window and balcony, facing the front of the building. The wifi in the apartment is fast and exclusive to the unit.

There is an elevator that goes all the way from the garage to the rooftop. On the terrace/rooftop, we have a large infinity pool with an amazing oceanview, a jacuzzi, lounge chairs, shaded areas, outdoor shower, bathrooms, hammocks, gym and a bar with a sink.

At the building entrance, we have a reception desk, security guard, laundry and a co-working room. The common areas, terrace, pool, etc. have their own public wifi.

Guests can access the building and all its amenities. Parking spaces are limited and unassigned. They work on a first-come, first-served basis.
Street parking is free daily from 10pm to 10 am. The cost is approximate $10 Mexican pesos per hour, daily from 10AM to 10 PM. There are parking meters in front of the building.
