This property is all about the views - Melbourne City, Darling Gardens, Dandenongs and Queens Parade. Floor to ceiling windows/doors surround the property and all open out to a full terrace giving you that feeling of space and light.
This luxurious one bedroom apartment is ideal for a single person or a couple. It has a spacious separate bedroom with a king size bed and walk in robe with plenty of storage and quality bedding and towels .
The beautifully appointed bathroom has plenty of cupboard space, rain water shower head/hand held shower and we provide all the essentials such as shampoo/conditioner/soap etc.
The kitchen contains everything you need to prepare a feast including full oven, cooktop, microwave and integrated dishwasher and fridge. Make yourself a coffee to enjoy on the terrace or better still pop down to one of the many coffee shops surrounding the property and have them make it for you.
We provide free wifi and a Smart TV so staying in and soaking up the night time views won't be hard.

We have lived in Clifton Hill for over 20 years & love the lifestyle of inner city living. We make good use of our local walking and running tracks & Steve heads down the beach a couple of times a week in search of good waves.
