The space
Aerie is ideally located on quiet Ajax Peak Road. The start of the North Shore (Route 20), with the vast majority of the beaches, is less than a 5 minute drive. Coral Bay is also only a 12 minute drive, meaning you can easily pick up groceries for a quiet night in or enjoy dinner out at a local restaurant.

DINING ROOM (in screened-in porch):

PRIMARY BEDROOM & HALF BATHROOM --- Located on Lower Level:
King-sized bed and attached half bathroom with sink and toilet; (sleeps 2 guests, who must be comfortable exiting home and walking down set of exterior steps)

**Please note that the loft bedroom (above & open to the living room) is only suitable for adults who are comfortable with utilizing a sturdy wooden ladder.

**Please note that the base nightly rate shown is for two total guests. There is a fee of $35 per person, per night for each additional guest. The maximum occupancy for the home is four total guests.

Aerie also provides guests with a variety of beach gear, including: beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers with ice packs. We recommend renting snorkel gear/fins and sunshade from either Beach Bum in Cruz Bay or Pirate's Cove in Coral Bay.

Due to the layout of this home, it is not well-suited for children under the age of 13.

This home (Aerie) is situated on a large property that has two individual houses. It is the lower house on the property, and it has no shared spaces, with the exception of the driveway. There is a dedicated parking spot for guests staying at Aerie, and plenty of space to turn around the vehicle in the driveway.

The location of Aerie offers convenience, without compromising tranquility. A less than three minute drive down the mountain leads you to the entrance of the North Shore (Route 20), where the vast majority of the beaches are located. Imagine early morning snorkel trips to Maho Bay and still being able to enjoy a quick lunch at the home before heading back down to relax the rest of the afternoon at Francis, Hawksnest, or Cinnamon Bay. The North Shore also boasts hiking trails, ruins, and a variety of watersports options, including kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding.

The town of Coral Bay, with various restaurants (many with live music), a grocery store, mini mart, and shops is a short 10 minutes east from Aerie. Venture the less than 25 minutes into Cruz Bay via North Shore Road for Happy Hour drinks with a sunset view or dinner at one of the many restaurants specializing in local caught seafood.
