The space
Aerie is ideally located on quiet Ajax Peak Road. The start of the North Shore (Route 20), with the vast majority of the beaches, is less than a 5 minute drive. Coral Bay is also only a 12 minute drive, meaning you can easily pick up groceries for a quiet night in or enjoy dinner out at a local restaurant.
LIVING ROOM:
Television, two chairs, & sleeper sofa (sleeps 1 or 2 guests)
LOFT BEDROOM (above living room);
Double-sized bed (sleeps 1 or 2 guests, who must be comfortable climbing sturdy wooden ladder)
FULL BATHROOM (located immediately outside of living room):
Outdoor shower, outdoor toilet, and outdoor vanity with sink
KITCHEN:
Fully outfitted with stove/oven, fridge/freezer, small appliances, pots, pans, cooking utensils, dinnerware, and flatware; Propane grill outside
DINING ROOM (in screened-in porch):
Large table with seating for up to 4 guests
PRIMARY BEDROOM & HALF BATHROOM --- Located on Lower Level:
King-sized bed and attached half bathroom with sink and toilet; (sleeps 2 guests, who must be comfortable exiting home and walking down set of exterior steps)
**Please note that the loft bedroom (above & open to the living room) is only suitable for adults who are comfortable with utilizing a sturdy wooden ladder.
Guest access
Guest have access to all indoor and outdoor areas of Aerie, with the exception of locked owner's closets
Other things to note
Due to the layout of this home, it is not well-suited for children under the age of 13.
This home (Aerie) is situated on a large property that has two individual houses. It is the lower house on the property, and it has no shared spaces, with the exception of the driveway. There is a dedicated parking spot for guests staying at Aerie, and plenty of space to turn around the vehicle in the driveway.
