The home features 3100 square feet of indoor space and a large, private yard .

The space
Inside, you’ll find plenty of room for families or groups to spread out and feel at home. The highlight of the space is the private wellness setup, featuring a sauna and cold plunge—perfect for resetting after a day of outdoor adventures or a night at a concert. For a little friendly competition, head outside to the golf putting green, or downstairs to the cozy den with a pool table, ideal for game nights and rainy afternoons.

There is a pond on the property that is home to both fish and turtles, plus be sure to enjoy our outdoor amenities like the deck with propane grill and fire pit, as well as the six person sauna as well as the cold plunge.
