Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Escape to this beautiful contemporary log cabin, with a secure garden. Inside is a separate bathroom and a spacious open-plan living area featuring a king-size oak bed, a desk/dressing table, comfortable armchairs, and an oak dining table with chairs. The well-equipped kitchen area includes a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, plates, glasses, and cutlery. Located in Pentewan Valley, a short distance from Pentewan beach, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Mevagissey, St Austell and Charlestown.

The space
Entrance into a hallway and a door to the separate bathroom. The bathroom has a large shower with a rainfall shower head, sink, toilet, mirror, shaver point.

Other things to note
The keys will be in the key safe. You will find an instruction manual inside the cabin and I will email details prior to your arrival. It is likely that I will not see you in person unless requested.

Acorn Lodge is nestled in Pentewan Valley and has direct access into Kings Wood, which is over 144 acres of beautiful woodland. It’s a 10/15minute flat walk through these woods to get the quaint Pentewan village and beach. There are 2 Pubs, 2 cafes, a shop. Also Pentewan sands, which has 2 restaurants, swimming pool, shop etc.
less than 1 minute walk from the cabin is a bus stop, where you can catch the bus to Mevagissey, Charlestown, St Austell, Fowey etc.

The Lost Gardens of Heligan is a 25minute walk away or a 10minute drive.

Mevagissey is approx. 1hr walk through woodland, or coast path. Or a 10minute drive away. This historic fishing village has numerous restaurants, pubs, cafe, shops etc.

The historic port of Charlestown is a 10minute drive away . Several films and shows have been set there, including Poldark, Dr Who, Rebecca, Three musketeers plus many more. There are several places to eat, a beach, park etc.
