With our large car park for up to 6 cars, it is a boost for a city location. Park the cars up, relax and go and explore the city centre only 600m away (5 minute walk) In the opposite direction is the beautiful beach front again only 5 minutes walk away. The city has all the attractions that Aberdeen has to offer while the beachfront is great to walk (or run!!) along to the historic Footdee and reward yourself with refreshment at one of the cafes. Feeling energetic? Hire a surf or a paddle board and get out on the sea for some adventurous fun!!! Its brilliant.


Within a short drive there is whole of the North East Coast to explore. From the rugged coastline with stunning attractions of Dunnottar Castle or the calmness of the seal colony at Newburgh, to the heather clad mountains of Royal Deeside and remoteness of the Cairngorm National Park. All within an hours drive of us.
