Guest access
Guests have full access to the unit’s common areas including the living room, dining area, kitchen, and bathroom.
Bedroom access, however, depends on the number of guests booked:
✅ For 2–3 Guests: Only Bedroom 2 will be accessible, as it can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. It features a bunk bed with a small double bed on the lower deck and a single bed on top. Bedroom 1 will remain locked and not in use.
✅ For 4–6 Guests: Both bedrooms will be open. Bedroom 1 has a small double bed that can fit 2–3 guests, while Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed (small double below, single above).

👣 Shoe-Free Zone:
Leave shoes in the cabinet under the TV rack and use the condo indoor slippers provided.
Strictly for indoor use only. Do NOT wear them outside the unit.
If evidence of outdoor use is found (e.g., excessively dirty slippers, mud marks, visible outside wear), a replacement fee will be charged without exception.
✅ Clean as You Go:
Please keep the unit tidy during your stay. A cleaning fee may apply if the unit is left excessively dirty.
🐾 No Pets Allowed:
Pets are not allowed in our unit (Building O). Only Buildings M & N are pet-friendly per PMO rules. A violation fee applies if evidence of a pet stay is found.
🚭 No Smoking/Vaping:
Strictly prohibited inside the unit. Penalties apply for violations.
🎈 Decorating Reminder:
Decorations are allowed with prior notice. Please use masking tape only. Any wall or paint damage will be charged. Kindly remove all décor before checkout.

Please play with care 💙
🍳 Light Cooking Only:
Light cooking is allowed. Please avoid heavy cooking that may cause strong odors or stains.
👨👩👧 Children:
Kids must be supervised at all times. Any damage caused will be charged based on repair or replacement cost.
❌ Do Not Take or Move Unit Items:
All items are inventoried. Missing or damaged items will be charged and may result in further action.
❕ Mirrors & Fragile Items:
Please take EXTRA care with mirrors, glass, wall décor, and other fragile items. Any cracks, chips, breakage, or damage will be charged based on actual repair or full replacement cost, no exceptions.
🛠️ Report Damages Promptly:
Please inform us right away if anything breaks so we can assist immediately. Failure to report damage immediately may result in additional penalties.

Sunday–Thursday: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Friday–Saturday: 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM
🪪 Guest ID Requirement
To comply with building (PMO) policy, a valid government-issued ID is required for every guest.
This is a strict “No ID, No Entry” rule.
After confirming your reservation, please send the IDs of all guests so we can include them in the official guest list submitted to the PMO.
By booking a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the house rules and regulations above.
