A&A of the North is a premier beachfront hotel and resort in Cabangan, Zambales, designed for group getaways, team buildings, weddings, and romantic escapes. Our property features an infinity pool, an in-house restaurant, and spacious common balconies with panoramic ocean views. We offer 9 thoughtfully designed rooms that blend modern comfort with a peaceful, serene atmosphere.

Enjoy private resort access tailored to your group size (30 to 60 pax):

✓ Private Facilities: Exclusive use of our infinity pool, beach access, volleyball court, and kids’ playground during your stay.

✓ Flexible Accommodations: Room allocation depends on your group size and selected setup. We will coordinate directly via chat to assist you with room options based on your preferences. Included rooms feature TVs, Netflix, WiFi, towels, toiletries, and drinking water. (Note: The Barkada Room does not include a Smart TV).

✓ Dining: Complimentary plated breakfast for your group and full access to our in-house restaurant menu.

✓ Activity Rentals (Optional): Enjoy fun beach activities like ATV rides, banana boats, water bikes, and paddle boards! These are optional add-ons available for an extra fee, payable on-site or via the Airbnb Resolution Center.

Resort Policies & Guidelines

Corkage Fees:
• Food corkage: ₱500 per room per night applies to outside food.
• Liquor corkage: ₱500 per room per night for outside liquor.

Pantry Rental:
• Per room: ₱1,500 per night (May be shared by 2–3 rooms).
• Full kitchen: ₱3,000.00 per night (Use of the whole resort kitchen).

Note: Guests are kindly requested to bring their own plates, spoons, and forks.

Pet Policy:
• Default price (small pets): ₱1,000 per night
• Medium pets: ₱1,500 per night (an additional ₱500 top-up fee applies on-site or via request center if added to your booking).

Note:
• Large pets are strictly prohibited.
• All pets must wear diapers inside the property. Additional cleaning fees apply if pet waste is left in rooms or common areas.
• Standard cleaning fee: ₱1,000 per pet, per night
• Excessive cleaning fee: ₱3,000 per night

Activity Rentals (Optional Add-ons):
• ATV ride: ₱1,400 per hour.
• Banana boat ride: ₱250 per head (minimum 5-10 passengers).
• Water bike: ₱600 for 30 mins or ₱1,000 per hour.
• Paddle board: ₱300 per hour.
