This first floor apartment is the perfect place to work and explore Providence. There are two private and spacious bedrooms with queen sized beds, storage, large closets and blackout curtains. Your fee includes a $300 utility allowance and fast wi-fi. Usage over the allowance is billed mid-month through the Airbnb Resolution Center. For the comfort of the building no smoking is permitted. Only well behaved dogs are acceptable once approved with a small fee. The space includes one dedicated on-site parking space. If you need an additional space an on-street overnight parking permit can be purchased. We provide a high level of Guest Care and are available to you via text of phone 7 days a week.
