It is stocked with a toaster, blender, coffee makers (Keurig, percolator, grinder), teapot, pots, pans, spices, utensils, and dishware, ensuring you have everything needed to prepare any meal.

The split floor plan accommodates two couples perfectly, each with its own ensuite. The main bedroom features a king bed, luggage rack, and full closet, along with a desk suitable for remote meetings. The spa-like ensuite bathroom offers dual sinks, a lighted makeup mirror, and a spacious walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed and a full bathroom with a bath/shower combo. Soft bedding, linens, pillows, throws, and extra blankets ensure comfort in all temperatures. Each suite has climate control with a mini-split system for optimal temperature adjustment. Fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer are provided for your utmost comfort.

Guests have private access to the entire house, including Starlink Wi-Fi, parking, and an EV charging station. A locked supply closet in the kitchen and the owner's garage are off-limits.
Other things to note:
To access the house, travel a short distance on a dirt road. Use the second driveway to enter, follow the lighted circular driveway, and park near the garage. Use the first driveway as an exit.
The home is in the high desert with wildlife such as snakes and other native species. Supervise children and keep doors and windows closed to prevent critters and dust storms.
Carry extra water and sunscreen for outdoor activities or hikes. Cell service is poor in the areas away from the home, especially in Joshua Tree NP, so use a map or guidebook.
The high desert can be chilly and windy in winter; bring extra layers. For stays over three weeks, mid-stay cleaning every two weeks is required and scheduled by the host. Cleaning fees are the guest's responsibility.
Note that the house has concrete floors, so bring your favorite slip on shoes for indoors.

Other things to note
Access to the house requires you travel on a dirt road for a short distance that is easy to navigate in any type of vehicle. There are two driveways. The first one is a bit steep. We recommend you use the second one to enter the property, drive around the lighted circular driveway and park near the garage.
Use the first driveway as an exit. Once you become familiar with the property, its your call.
The home is located in the high desert, amidst a pristine natural setting. Here, you might come across various desert inhabitants, such as snakes, not all are venomous and other wildlife native to the desert. Supervise young children. Keep the doors closed to prevent critters from entering the house. Keep windows closed when not present, the wind can kick up some major dust storms!
There is poor cell service in many areas away from the property, especially in Joshua Tree NP, which can be unreliable or completely unavailable. Therefore, navigating with a map or guidebook is recommended. Take screen shots. Additionally, the high desert can be very chilly and windy during the winter, so bringing additional layers is advisable for visits during these months.
For stays exceeding three weeks, we require a mid-stay cleaning every two weeks to maintain the property's condition. These cleanings will be done by a vendor of the hosts choice and scheduled by the host in coordination with the guest. Please note that the fees for these cleanings are the responsibility of the guest.
Remember to bring your fuzzy slippers, we have concrete floors.
