The space
Newly renovated mid-century ranch style farmhouse is a haven for bird watchers. Open and covered patios provide a gas grill, fire pit, sound system and patio dining table seating 10. Full size bath includes marble tile floors, tiled shower tub, and 2 sinks.
Bedroom 1 (Bluebird) is the Master bedroom and has a California King bed, spacious walk in closet, 30" TV, and a newly installed sound system. The Bluebird room also offers a large ensuite bath, with large 2 person tub and a double walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 (Finch) features a Queen bed, walk in closet with rollaway bed & pack n play bed, and three large windows that let the outdoors in.
Bedroom 3 (Hummingbird) has 2 Full beds, large closet, and a 50" TV.
The home also features a sunroom with a daybed perfect for relaxing.
A Laundry room adjacent to the sunroom offers a washer and dryer for our guests.
Super fast WiFi is perfect for streaming TV, gaming for the kiddos and video meetings for business travelers.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire house except the owner's detached garage and an owner supply closet. Additionally, guests are encouraged to take pictures of the barn, but entry inside is not allowed.
Finally, all access to the fenced pastures is prohibited at any time for the safety of our valued guests and the cattle that roam the pasture property. Never open any of the gates to the pasture. Thank you.
