Vacation rentals in Madison County

Stayed for two nights to visit with our daughters, one goes to UGA. Yes it was a drive to the campus but the setting and accommodations made it worthwhile! One slept on the pullout couch and reported it was comfortable which is not always the norm. Thank you Debbie and Steve!

Jessica was a real peach. Always responsive and helpful and would be receptive to making things as accommodating as possible for a guest stay. The area is somewhat remote and you need to drive a few miles for gas, food or any kind of recreation. For us, it was just fine though for a weekend stay. Comfortable and warm.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the home was SO cozy and clean and so well stocked with EVERYTHING we needed (and more!) beds were super comfy and our dog loved the fenced in area. And it was so nice not to have to walk her on chilly mornings and evenings! We were in town to visit family in Athens and it was a short and scenic drive. The couch was HUGE and our daughter slept comfortably on it. The kitchen is AMAZING and we loved cooking breakfast in it (with included eggs and milk!) The place was stocked with dog toys and a blanket for the pup to use on the couch. We would absolutely stay again! We watched deer in the AM and PM and it was so peaceful. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay! The most dog friendly Airbnb EVER!!

We had a wonderful week with our family. Everything was exactly as described - a lot of relaxation but close to the UGA games. Wonderful mix of both! Kitchen was well equipped for a perfect Thanksgiving feast. THANK YOU! Highly recommend.

Highly recommend staying at this location of Michelle's !!! It's an experience staying at storybook farm , out each direction of the home a view like no other , must love animals of all types some very unique because you will be in heaven. Sunset off the kitchen deck in evenings , sunrise on the front porch swings with your coffee in the mornings. Both mornings we were greeted with animals on the farm which we really enjoyed. You will get muddy being around the animals it had rained heavily the day of our arrival I grew up on a farm packed extra pants and shoes. The kitchen has everything to prepare meals just bring your groceries no need to leave once there. However a trip into town approx. a 5 mile drive (20 minutes) to Bebop's bakery, or the hardware store nearby great sandwiches too. We set up a farm tour with Michelle and her sister with our friends it was amazing and very much appreciated their time while we got to feed the animals. We will be back!!

My extended family stayed at the Blueberry Farm over the Thanksgiving holiday. to begin, the cabin is loaded with charm and is very homey. There was plenty of firewood for us to enjoy the fireplace throughout our stay. Four adults and four children ages 9-15 were very comfortable sleeping there along with their dog who was also provided a bed. The kitchen is very well-equipped for cooking, and the lake provides a beautiful view and opportunities for both canoeing and fishing. This is a great place to gather to enjoy the company of friends and family without a lot of distractions. Jean was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Susan is a wonderful host. Her airbnb was very nice and in a great location. The early check in and late check out was a nice amenity that not many people provide. She had fresh flowers, muffins, and other available snacks and drinks which was fantastic after being on the road all day. It was a quick easy drive to campus. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Athens

The place was clean and lovely with the super high ceilings. It was quiet and easy to find parking.
