The house is located right off the main channel in Lake of the Ozarks - Margaritaville. It was just remodeled with brand new hardwood flooring & furniture. The house sits right on the corner of the main channel & the largest cove in the neighborhood. The house has 3 levels with the master bedroom & jacuzzi upstairs, 2 double bedrooms on the main level, & a 2nd living room & bedroom in the basement. Outside there's 2 large decks, 2 private balconies, & concrete patio by the dock.

The space
The dock has room for 3 boats, but the lifts were removed when the previous owner sold the house to us, so you will need bumpers and ties if you use it and we are not responsible for any damage to watercraft. The area is also great for fishing or swimming. We have multiple houses in this area if you're interested in booking a large gathering!
