Guest access
The entire property is available to you during your stay. The Hot Tub, Dock, and all spaces of the residence are for your use.
There are 2 Ring systems, one at each main entrance. Both cameras record video and sound. They are doorbell cameras, outside the home and facing the driveway. They are there to assist with guest check in, deliveries, and for security when no guests are present.
Other things to note
Our home sits in a peaceful lakefront community, and we take great care to preserve that tranquility for everyone. Please review these important guidelines before booking:
• Respect the Quiet: Sound travels easily across the water. Outdoor music is fine at a moderate level, but no amplified or DJ-style systems. County ordinance requires outdoor quiet hours from 10 PM–6 AM. Feel free to enjoy music indoors anytime.
• Age & Booking: Guests must be 25+ to book, and the person booking must be present during the stay.
• Pets Welcome: Dogs are allowed (please confirm other pets). We provide an XL crate and paw towels—just keep pets off furniture.
• Comfort Systems: Dual HVAC zones with Nest thermostats, plus 2 pellet, 2 wood, and 1 gas fireplace available for use. One decorative fireplace is nonfunctional in the art gallery.
• Smoking & Substances: No smoking indoors—$500/day fine for violations. Illegal drug use will be reported.
• Water & Septic: The home uses well water and septic. Please don’t flush wipes, feminine products, or paper towels, and avoid pouring grease down drains.
