An award winning architectural designed home enjoying the perfect position, footsteps from beautiful Boomerang Beach. A quiet coastal retreat close to Sydney and Newcastle invites you to relax and rejuvenate whilst enjoying the pristine beaches, boating, diving, surfing and everything else on offer. A wrap around deck on the top level offers spectacular ocean views, sparkling sunrises and front row seats to the whale migration from May to October. All bed and bath linen provided.
The space
Nord, Italian for North is the Northern property on our block at Boomerang Beach. The house has been enjoyed and loved dearly over the years and we hope to make your stay an unforgettable experience.
A contemporary 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home with magnificent ocean views, moments to Boomerang beach, and a 15 minute walk to Blueys shops and dining.
At the top level, relax amongst the modern living: open plan with timber flooring. This opens onto a wrap around deck looking directly across to the northern headland of Boomerang Beach.
The house enjoys sea breezes, with cross ventilation and all bedrooms contain ceiling fans. The living room has a reverse cycle air-conditioner.
Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with large fridge/freezer, cooktop, 900mm oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (with pods supplied) and dishwasher. All kitchen basics supplied including tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil.
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed with master en suite including bath and shower. Also contains built in robes and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with en suite, shower and toilet, features a ceiling fan and built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with ceiling fan and it's own en suite with shower and toilet.
Bedroom 4: 2 x Custom built Long Single Bunk Beds, sleeping 4 with ceiling fan.
Second living area: TV and DVD player, stereo system and bathroom access.
Laundry: 2 front load washing machines and 2 clothes dryers. Access to deck with additional drying space.
External: Hot/Cold outdoor shower, large 4 burner Weber BBQ, Fire Pit, Basketball Hoop and Ping Pong Table
Parking: private entry to double garage with electric door, remote provided
Entertainment: Ping pong table, basketball hoop, surfboards, boogies boards, sun chairs, Beach umbrella, FINSKA, Boules, playing cards, Cards Against Humanity, 5 Second Rule and various board games available.
Access: Please note there are multiple flights of stairs at Nord. These are on entrance to the house, internally up to the first floor where the main living, bathroom and master bedroom are located and another flight of stairs up to the main living space with views across Boomerang Beach. If you are elderly, have mobility issues or have small children this space may not be ideal for you.
Guest access
Guests are able to access the entire house, have use of the drive in garage and landscaped gardens. A remote is supplied for garage access.

The migration of the whales between May and October is a true sight to behold.

Blueys Beach is a couple of minutes in the car or a 15 minute stroll and this has Blueys Cellars and Deli, a General Store, Kembali Cafe, Hueys Pizza, Fish and Chips from Drift and Boomerang Beach Surf Co. Five minutes further will take you to Foodworks at Charlotte Bay which has a wider selection of food including hot roast chicken and fresh seafood.
Forster is a 20 minute drive and has the larger shops such as Woolworths, Coles, Kmart and Aldi and a plethora of cafes and restaurants including Wharf St, Thirty Three Degrees, Spice Monkey, Si Señorita and Plunge.

*Wallingat State Forest has some great trails for walking or mountain biking and the spectacular views from Whoota Whoota lookout are not to be missed
