Seventh & Pine is a historic 3BR/2BA 3rd-generation-owned house on a spacious corner lot between the "Most Beautiful Town Square in TX" (5 block walk) and Southwestern University (2 blocks).
Stay steps from the very best Georgetown has to offer, including local dining, live entertainment, shops, bars, coffee houses, festivals, parks, trails & more!
A home with heart—owned by one family since 1963 and lovingly shared with guests. Stay where stories were made and memories continue to grow.
The space
This nearly century old home offers 1,500 sq. ft. of interior space on a 3rd of an acre corner lot—perfect for family stays, girls/guys trips, campus visits or relaxing getaways. We don’t just offer a place to stay—we invite you into a home that’s been part of our family for over 60 years and three generations. Located in Georgetown’s cherished Old Town Historic District, this house is filled with history, heart, and the kind of charm you simply can’t replicate.
You’ll find original touches throughout—like the shiplap walls, front porch swing, screen doors, hardwood floors, the old shaving cabinet, and the clawfoot tub—each with its own story to tell. But what really makes this space special are the personal things we’ve chosen to keep and share: shelves of classic books, antique furniture, our family’s handmade quilts, vintage toys from our childhood, and even our personal record collection. It’s all here, thoughtfully curated to reflect the soul of the home.
And when you step outside, you’re just a short walk from Georgetown’s "most beautiful town square in Texas", nearby parks, trails, and Southwestern University. We hope you feel the same sense of warmth and connection here that our family has felt for generations.
Recent updates include:
- New driveway (March 2026)
- Spray foam insulation (Feb 2025)
- Central heat & air (June 2024)
- All new appliances (Oct 2022)
- Upgraded electric & plumbing
- Fresh paint & thoughtful interior touches
It’s still the same house at its core—just a little more polished, a little more guest-ready, and still full of love. Our hope is you will enjoy the space as much as we have and allow us the ability to also spend time and pass the property down to the 4th generation.
Guest access
You’ll have full access to the entire home, front and back (fully fenced) yards, carport, and all outdoor spaces.
Feel free to stretch out and make it your own during your stay.
Other things to note
Our goal is to offer you a unique 5-star Old Town Historic District experience in this cherished generational family home.
We’re grateful for the kind reviews we’ve received so far and are continually improving. Most recently, we added central heating and air and spray foam insulation to ensure year-round comfort. Be sure to come back to see future improvements.
Your stay helps keep our home’s story going in our family—thank you!
