This home is 4,000 sq. ft. It has 5 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds and 5.5 bath. It sleeps 16 people and has 5 parking spots. The deck overlooks the lake with 3 private balconies and 3 large common deck levels. The boat slips are each 28' x 12'. There is a jet ski slip, lounge chairs, and a large picnic table on the dock as well. Great spot for Lake of the Ozarks gatherings with a massive dock to fish off of and store your boats and jet ski for your fun on the lake.

The space
The space will include towels, kitchen essentials, grill w/ propane- We also own several other properties in this neighborhood (Tan-Tar-A Estates/Margaritaville) if you're interested in multiple bookings for a large gathering at Lake of the Ozarks!

Other things to note
The dock has space for 2 boats, but the lifts were removed when the previous owner sold us the property, so you will need bumpers and ties if the docks are used and we are not responsible for any damage to watercraft. The space is also great for fishing or swimming!
