4 Story 6,000 SQFT Exquisite Log Cabin on the North Shore of Big Bear Lake with 8 Bedrooms & 5 Baths, sleeps 16 with 6 parking spaces. Spectacular lake & mountains views, 6 hole putting green & only 4 miles from Snow Summit. Enjoy your own dock and you can walk, hike, ski/snowboard, sled, mountain bike, kayak, paddle board, boat & more. Relax or enjoy all the amenities including jacuzzi, pool table, shuffle board, ping pong, foosball, BBQ, WIFI, TV's with a private backyard & beautiful decks.

The space
Our cabin is a true log cabin inside and out. This amazing 6000 sqft 8 bedroom 5 bathroom house has 2 game rooms, laundry room, 2 fridges, basketball, jacuzzi and your own private dock! The dock is removed end of October and returned in April. Enjoy the most beautiful views of the lake, the mountains and most incredible sun sets around! Inside the house has all rustic and cabin furniture and decorations to make sure you feel like you are in the woods, but with all the best technology and amenities around. The kitchen is huge and has everything you would need to cook for a large group. You have everything you need to relax and play where you would not even have to leave the property.

Guest access
The guests have access to the entire house and yard.

Other things to note
The city and county Good Neighbor Policy Form is required to be signed by the guest booking the property the week prior to receiving door codes and instructions.

Big Bear does no have a garbage service, they have local free trash stations. Guests will be required to remove all trash when they are checking out or a $25 fee per bag left behind.

Only 6 cars are allowed on the property at any given time. If more then that, then there will be a $500 fine accessed to the person booking.

The jacuzzi company charges $100 to drain and refill the jacuzzi when peed in, dirty and cloudy and that cost would go to the guest, so please try and keep it clean.

No loud music and no noise outside between 10pm and 7am.

If a code enforcement officer is called to the rental home for any reason, the guest will be charged a $50 fee to cover the homes 24/7 agent fee
