Within 200 metres of the front door, turn right and you can enjoy the awesome Napier Hotel or turn left for all that Smith Street has to offer.
The space
It is a 1st floor apartment and one of only 6 in the block. The property includes:

Please note: There is no onsite parking on this property and no permits available but there is free parking on the street, time limits apply
Guest access
There is a lockbox onsite for the security door key and the apartment door has a digital lock. Both codes will be provided to you on the day of check in.
Please note: Our check in time is 3pm and our check out time is 10am, we are unable to allow early check ins or late check outs. There is also no bag drop or storage available at this property.
Other things to note
1. This property does not include laundry facilities however there is a laundromat located on Brunswick Street just 550 metres away
2. This property has a small 25 litre electric hot water service so short showers are recommended, however it heats up again quickly (about an hour) due to its size.
3. When you check-out you will be required to leave the property in a neat state including dishes washed and put away, used towels left in the bathroom for the cleaners to collect, fridge empty, all personal items removed & rubbish removed and disposed of. This will ensure the cleaners can prepare the property for the next guest. If extra time is required for cleaning then we will put in for additional costs through the platform.
4. The bed in this property is provided with a fitted sheet, doona with cover and 4 pillows with covers. A top sheet is not provided.
We provide a starter pack of essentials such as toilet paper, milk & coffee to get you settled however if your stay is longer or you run out then it will not be replenished during your stay.
As an extra security measure for the property we may require the below information to be sent through prior to finalising your booking:
- The reason for your visit
- The names and ages of all of the guests
- The photo ID of the main booking holder
The reason we ask for the above information is unfortunately due to some recent poor experiences with guests, please note if this information is not provided we will be unable to proceed with your booking and the access will not be granted on the day of check in.
Our property is 100% smoke free zone. If you wish to smoke please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts correctly. Do not smoke near open doors or windows, to ensure the smoke doesn’t come into the property. If we need to deep clean the property due to a breach of these rules a $500 fee will be charged.
Please note: When you reserve the property payment will be taken upfront to confirm the booking. This money is held until your stay so if you do cancel (within the relevant cancellation period) the money will be refunded to you.
