The entire 5 condos, the designated parking spots in the common garage area and their corresponding driveways, the laundry set in one unit and the laundry room behind the garage, all are yours to enjoy!

Post mail or parcel deliveries are STRICTLY prohibited. We encourage you to direct your mail and parcels to the nearest USPS office or parcel company. We will NOT be able to deliver any packages or mail you might receive.
For stays longer than 3 to 4 weeks, we will require our cleaners to do a light clean up about every 3 weeks, usually 5 hrs, at $30 per hour. More often - or less - depending on their report. Full bathroom cleaning, linen swap, and sweep and mop.
