The room was very nice, clean, and seemed to be recently renovated. Check-in was simple and efficient. The hosts are very responsive to questions. Two of the rooms are located on the street side and there is some road noise in during the day and evening. The hosts provided ear plugs, which were appreciated. The room was very comfortable and had a nice kitchenette. There are many restaurant options within easy walking distance and easy access to the riverwalk for jogging and walking.

Absolutely stunning place. Newly renovated, clean, and well furnished. Even though it is a multi-unit building, place was quiet and private unit.

If you're looking to stay in the area, Suzanne and Andy's Kildahl House boutique hotel is highly recommended. The space was as advertised and is the perfect alternative to a standard chain hotel room. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay and is steps to great restaurants in downtown West Dundee.

This was our second time staying at Suzanne and Andy’s place and it was just as wonderful as the first time! They are excellent hosts!! Great communication as always. Will definitely be continuing to book with them

We have stayed here twice, in both of Cheri's lovely apartments. We hope to make it our "home away from home" whenever we're in the area. It is immaculate, beautifully decorated with antiques, and conveniently located in peaceful, picturesque neighborhood. Cheri is an amazingly gracious and thoughtful host -- even leaving homemade banana bread, fruit and treats in addition to everything we needed for our comfort. This place is a jewel of a find!

I loved Cita's colorful and creative decor! The two bedroom felt spacious and was a great weekend retreat for my daughter and I. It was a last-minute reservation and I didn't really research the town, but Geneva was such a pleasant surprise! What a charming little town with great restaurants and shops! I want to go back and spend more time.

I absolutely loved staying here! The place is perfect. It is so easy to get to, has a great parking, is close to downtown Geneva, and is safe and private. The decor is adorable and so comfortable. It was so clean and cute and convenient. The bed is so comfortable. Cita is also so nice and extremely helpful and responsive. I loved everything about staying here. I will definitely choose to stay here again the next time I am in Illinois. Amazing little place!

10 from the 10 - nice, comfortable, very clean and well equipped flat! All important for me stuff was on the high level. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom clean, kitchen more than equipped. Cita was very friendly and helpful!! The host did all here best in each small detail. Location is also perfect - nice atmosphere, a lot of dofferent restaurants, cafe, clubs and stores.

Very nice place I’d definitely stay there again! Right my the outlet mall so in a nice location as well. Although you can tell the building isn’t the newest, you can definitely see the effort Bunty puts into the apartment. The TV, Keurig, and towels in the bathroom all seemed to be brand new, and the fresh paint and white lights added a lot to the place as well. Great spot for a little weekend getaway and it being on the first floor was extremely convenient as well!

Miguel’s place was just awesome! The beds were comfy and all of the amenities were just as described! He went out of his way to help us check in early , as we had an early fight in. Great host, location, and space! Really easy and clear instructions for checking in. I’ll be sure to come back and would definitely recommend this airbnb! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

this lovely apartment was perfect for our five day stay! it was clean and fresh, seemingly newly renovated. we could walk to so many downtown places, and the river location was quite scenic. it was only five minutes from my cousin's house so our visit was easy as we came and went. I would definitely stay here again. thank you!

Valerie’s place is lovely, spacious, and had everything clearly marked. Valerie put a lot of thought into the little details and providing necessities that made the stay easy and convenient. The only thing that might be a problem for some guests are the steep, narrow steps leading up to the unit. It was not a problem for me - but might be for others. The cost was pricey for just one person, but the cottage really is set up well for a family or group of friends which would make it more cost effective. I stayed in spite of the cost because of the location.
