The space
Two story beautiful, spacious, modern story home has upstairs and downstairs lounge areas. There is a tv in both lounge areas, each bedroom, and the pool area.
There is a game room with two arcade games, air hockey table, pool table, foosball table, corn row, axe throwing game.
Enjoy the Florida sun or lounge in the covered patio area. Dinner by the pool at sunset. Watch your favorite sports and shows pool side on the outdoor TV.

• Weekend (Fri-Sun): $100 (plus tax)
Cabanas may be rented up to 30 days prior
• Card and tap payments only (no cash)
• Cabanas must be purchased in person
• In the event of inclement weather, rentals will continue upon reopening
• Cabanas 7-10 are available during Lazy River operational hours
• All cabana rentals end at 9 PM

Fitness Center Rules and Policies
Operating Hours
Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Exercise at Your Own Risk
The fitness center is unsupervised. All users are encouraged to consult with their physician before starting any exercise program.
Age Restrictions
• Ages 16 and up may use the fitness center freely.
• Ages 13–15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Children 12 and under are not permitted to use the facility.
Proper Attire
Shirts, shorts, and closed-toe athletic footwear are required at all times. Clothing should cover any part of the body that comes in contact with equipment.
Noise Levels
Personal music devices may be used with headphones only and at a respectful volume.
Courtesy Guidelines:
• Limit cardio equipment use to 30 minutes when others are waiting.
• Allow others to "work in" on weight machines.
• Wipe down all equipment after use with provided cleaning supplies.
• Equipment must remain in the fitness center.
• Weights must be returned to their proper place.
• Do not drop free weights—place them gently on the floor or storage racks.
Food and Drink:
• No food or gum allowed.
• Only water or sports drinks in non-breakable, spill-proof containers are permitted (no glass).
Additional Rules:
• No Hand Chalk: Use of hand chalk is not allowed.
• Personal Training: Personal training services for a fee are not permitted unless expressly approved by the District.
Guest access
There is an electronic keypad making keyless entry a breeze.
Other things to note
This community allows 5 parking passes per home. There is driveway and designated street parking. There is daily trash valet service. The amenities pools are heated Oct thru Apr.
