This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house is the perfect place for you to enjoy after a long day at the parks or if you take a day off to relax. With a game room, pool and spa, everyone is sure to make great memories. Solterra Resort has a community clubhouse Lazy river, water slides, park, tennis courts, and a gym. Located close to I-4 access makes getting to the parks easy. Golfing and restaurants galore are at Championsgate just minutes away.
The space
As you enter this beautiful villa, there is a great foyer that gives a beautiful view of the pool area. To the left is the door into the game room. Straight ahead is the open concept area with a kitchen, eat in bar, dining room, and tv lounge area. There's plenty of room for a family to sit and enjoy family time. The kitchen is stocked with cooking and eating utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove. There is a complimentary propane grill for outdoor cooking while the family relaxes in the spa and pool. Downstairs is also a queen bedroom with an adjacent bathroom with a walk in shower. Upstairs are two theme bedrooms with two full size beds in each that share a hall bath. There are also two king rooms with private baths. All baths have showers.
The house has a laundry room upstairs for your convenience. All linens are supplied including pool towels. You will enjoy your stay so much you won't want to go home.

• Cabanas 7-10 are available during Lazy River operational hours

Operating Hours
Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Exercise at Your Own Risk
The fitness center is unsupervised. All users are encouraged to consult with their physician before starting any exercise program.
Age Restrictions
• Ages 16 and up may use the fitness center freely.
• Ages 13–15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Children 12 and under are not permitted to use the facility.
Proper Attire
Shirts, shorts, and closed-toe athletic footwear are required at all times. Clothing should cover any part of the body that comes in contact with equipment.
Noise Levels
Personal music devices may be used with headphones only and at a respectful volume.
Courtesy Guidelines:
• Limit cardio equipment use to 30 minutes when others are waiting.
• Allow others to "work in" on weight machines.
• Wipe down all equipment after use with provided cleaning supplies.
• Equipment must remain in the fitness center.
• Weights must be returned to their proper place.
• Do not drop free weights—place them gently on the floor or storage racks.
Food and Drink:
• No food or gum allowed.
• Only water or sports drinks in non-breakable, spill-proof containers are permitted (no glass).
Additional Rules:
• No Hand Chalk: Use of hand chalk is not allowed.
• Personal Training: Personal training services for a fee are not permitted unless expressly approved by the District.
