Welcome to 451 Captain’s Walk in Palmetto Dunes Resort! A Premier Hilton Head Island Oceanfront Location.
Centrally located to everything on the Island. This beautiful oceanfront villa is just steps away from the beach.

Walk in and be immediately welcomed by the ocean.

Condo is on 4th of 5 floors with Elevator.

The space
Just to the right is the kitchen, which has been updated and features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and custom cabinetry. The dining room table seats six, as well as a breakfast bar with three stools. The living room has plenty of seating to relax and admire the view from inside or outside on the patio. 45" Samsung Smart TV in Living Room. 40" Smart TV's in each of the bedrooms. Board Games for Families, Keurig & Mr. Coffee Drip Coffee Maker (coffee not included), Blender for Frozen Drinks or Shakes, Ice Maker along with Washer & Dryer within the unit.

The master bedroom consists of a King Bed. The guest bedroom consists of Two Queen Beds. Each bedroom has a private bathroom.

The beach is just a short trip down the elevator!

The private balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the ocean views and breezes. The outdoor entertainment area features an oceanfront pool. Unwind in this fantastic fourth floor villa for your next vacation

These unique multi-story oceanfront buildings are surrounded by well-maintained grounds featuring lush tropical landscaping and palm trees. These villas offer scenic views, large balconies, and comfortable living spaces. Most offer spectacular oceanfront views from the living room, balcony, and master bedroom.

Captain's Walk has:

• Large oceanfront pool - HEATED POOL as needed (around Nov.1 until December 1 ... and then again on March 1 until no longer needed)

• Children's pool
• Cabana,
• Covered deck with multiple sundecks,
• Charcoal & Propane grilling areas
* NO PETS - HOA RULE
* Bike Rack: Located at the front of the Condo. Chain Lock required. Bikes can be rented inside of Palmetto Dunes.

This is the only completely oceanfront complex in the Palmetto Dunes Plantation. Captain's Walk is a great location for your next vacation in Hilton Head Island.

RESORT & CONDO INFORMATION
-Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
-Daily maid service is not included in rental rate, each villa is cleaned prior to arrival & stocked with 6 sets of towels, fresh linen on bed, and a starter supply of toilet tissues, dish soap, hand soap and paper towels.
- Washer and Dryer - you will have 2 pods used for Washing
- This unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. - HOA RULE
-NO SMOKING in Condo or on Patio. Please leave unit and smoke in common open area if needed.
-No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
-Rental guests must be 25 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
