Guest access
The entire house and common area of the condominium will be freely accessible to guests:
The house has been recently renovated and can accommodate up to 16 guests over 2 years old or those who use a single bed already pay;
* Water at R$30.00 per m³ and electricity at R$1.35 per kW/h charged separately according to consumption;
* We ask for a security deposit of R$200.00 per day to cover electricity, water and possible damages. The difference will be returned 24 hours after check-out if it does not exceed this amount, or extra consumption will be charged.
* Optional bed and bath linens. We charge a laundry fee of 35.00 per person;
* Do not use white towels to remove makeup; fee of R$20.00 per stained item;
* Check-in at 4 pm and check-out at 12 pm. For early check-in and late check-out, there is a fee per hour and per period according to the daily rate and availability;
* Enter the correct number of adult guests, children, pets and babies in the inquiry. Please do not exceed the number of guests for whom the house was booked, or a fine of R$500.00 per extra guest per day will be charged, or the reservation will be canceled.
* We ask that you check out with the hosts and leave your dishes washed and trash removed, or a fee of R$150.00 will be charged (we have an employee to indicate this);
* We are on social media as "experiência em búzios," and this house is number 40 in the featured listings. There, we have videos of the house, but in the condominium, it is house 07;
* Pets cannot go in the swimming pool or walk around the condominium without a leash, fee of R$100.00 (we only accept 1 small pet);
* Parties with loud music and smoking inside the house are not allowed, as it is a family condominium with houses very close to each other.
Music is allowed at a moderate volume from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. (speakers and glass objects are not allowed by the pool).
* After booking, send a list of guests with documents and identification of the cars with license plate, model and color. Any visitor must be arranged in advance, with their name left on the entry list beforehand and their departure also reported!
During the high season in Búzios, interruptions in the supply of water and power are common. In these cases, we may hire a water tanker for the water supply, and the cost will be passed on to the guest, except when the situation is the responsibility of the property. We would also like to inform you that we do not have a power generator; therefore, in the event of a power outage due to Enel supply problems, we will not be able to offer an immediate solution.

House rules
* Check in 16h, check availability and check-out by 12pm, to late check availability and rate per hour and period.
* Our house has a maximum capacity for up to 16 PEOPLE. Please indicate the correct number of adults, children and babies at your appointment. Children under 2 years old has no charge, BUT cannot exceed the limit of guests in the house.
* We request a list with full name, document and age of ALL GUESTS, as well as the identification of the vehicle with brand, color and sign, up to 48 hours before check-in, otherwise access to the condominium will not be authorized.
* Please do not exceed the agreed guest limit (daily fine R$500.00 per extra host).
* It is forbidden to hold house parties with guests not included in the guest list; WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXTRA GUESTS.
* We offer 04 spaces for cars.
* We ask to leave your dishes washed and to remove the trash or you will be charged a fee of R$150.00
* We have collaborators to indicate (housekeeper, cook and barbecue).
