Guest access
The entire house and common area of the condominium will be freely accessible to guests
The house has been recently renovated and accommodates up to 16 guests over 2 years old or those who use a single bed already pay
* Water at R$ 29.99 per m³ and electricity at R$ 1.35 per kW/h charged separately according to consumption
* We ask for a security deposit of R$ 150.00 per day to cover electricity costs, which will be returned 24 hours after check-out if it does not exceed this amount or extra consumption is charged.
* Optional bed and bath linens, we have a laundry fee charged 35.00 per person
* Check-in 4 p.m. and check-out 12 p.m., for early check-in and late check-out, hourly and period fee according to the daily rate and availability.
* Enter the correct number of adult guests, children, pets and babies in the inquiry. Please do not exceed the number of guests you booked the house for, or you will be charged a fine of R$500.00 extra per day or until the reservation is canceled.
* We ask that you check out with the hosts and leave your dishes washed and trash removed or a fee of R$150.00 (we have a maid to indicate)

*Pets cannot go in the pool or walk around the condominium without leashes, fee of R$100.00 (we only accept 1 small pet)
*No loud parties and smoking inside the house, as it is a family condominium with houses very close to each other.
Sound is allowed at moderate volume from 10 a.m. m. to 10 p.m. (no speakers or glass objects are allowed in the pool).
*After booking, send a list of guests with documents, and identification of the cars with license plate, model and color. Any visitor must be arranged beforehand, leaving the name of the entry list in advance and notifying their departure as well!

- 3 km from Geribá beach,
- 7 km from the famous Rua das Pedras.

House Rules
* Check-in 4 p.m., check availability and check-out by 12 p.m., for late hours check availability and hourly and period rates.
* Our house sleeps up to 16 PEOPLE. Please indicate the correct number of adults, children and babies in your query. Children under 2 years of age are free of charge, BUT the limit of guests in the house cannot be exceeded.
* We request a list with the full name, document and age of ALL GUESTS, as well as the identification of the vehicle with brand, color and license plate, up to 48 hours before check-in, otherwise access to the condominium will not be authorized.
* Do not exceed the agreed guest limit (daily fine R$ 500.00 per extra guest).
* It is forbidden to hold parties in the house with guests not included in the guest list; WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXTRA GUESTS.
* We provide 4 parking spaces for cars.
* We ask you to leave your dishes washed and to remove the garbage or a fee of R$150.00 will be charged
* We have employees to recommend (maid, cook and barbecue chef).
* WE HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS IN OPERATION
* Bed and bath linens cost R$ 35.00 per person, but without changes. We provide one sheet, one blanket, one bath towel, and one face towel per guest. If necessary, the washing machine is available.
* Do not use white towels to remove makeup.
* WE DO NOT OFFER CLEANING AND HYGIENE PRODUCTS, YOU MUST BRING THEM FOR USE DURING YOUR STAY.
* Please bring your cleaning supplies such as detergent, soap powder, toilet paper, bleach, and other items of your choice for use during your stay.
* We accept small pets, cost of R$ 100.00.
* Please do not throw toilet paper or objects into the toilets.
