4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath modern farmhouse style home in the heart of Washington wine country.

This home offers over 2,200 square feet of comfort and relaxation! Located in central Kennewick, less than five minutes from the Southridge sports complex with easy access to the freeway, over 200 wineries within 50 miles, shopping, parks, splash pads, not to mention the golf courses!

This gorgeous, open concept, 4 bedroom home with a den, sleeps 11 guests
Living Room: Open and bright, with a comfortable, oversized feather sectional.
Kitchen: Beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, oven/stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, pantry, granite countertops, and plenty of cookware and dishware to service 11 people as well as kid friendly dishes.
Laundry Room: Washer & Dryer (Detergent & dryer sheets included).
4 Bedrooms: Master suite includes a king bed, soaking tub, shower, and double vanity, 3 other bedrooms upstairs, one offering a king bed, one with a queen bed and one with 2 twin beds. There’s also a den featuring a twin bed and a sleeper sofa, with a tv. Additionally, there is a crib in the master bedroom and a pack n play in the closet.
2 ½ Bathrooms: 1 in the master suite including a shower and soaking tub as well as a doubly vanity, 1 upstairs with ample counter space and tub/shower combo and a half bath at the entry of the home.
Entertainment: 65” Roku flat panel Smart TV in living room. High speed internet.
Central heat and A/C throughout
Located in a quiet neighborhood.
