The space
This listing is for a room in a house that has 5 individual bedrooms for rent. You will have exclusive access to the room you selected in the reservation, but you will share the kitchen and two bathrooms with other guests.  Daily cleaning of the common areas will be the responsibility of the guests.

Guest access
You will have full access to all of the following common (shared) areas: front porch, hallways, kitchen (with laundry), two bathrooms. You will have exclusive access to your room and no other guest will have access to it.

During your stay
The best way to contact me during your stay is via the Airbnb app. We have a team monitoring the app and it is by far the fastest way to get in contact with someone that can assist you during your stay. Direct phone access is limited to emergency.
