‼️DISCLOSURE: Sea wall construction is noisy and occurs on weekends too, though only during daytime.

Your room has a private balcony that overlooks the ocean from the second floor. Sleeps 4: king-size bed and queen-size sofa bed.

Our pools are not heated for now: one outdoor and one indoor. We also have a sauna and a gym.

Please note: construction is in progress; and the Tiki bar and restaurant are closed. But we do have a list of nearby restaurants in the room.

The space
This room is 440 square feet and comprises a bedroom area and a living-room area that are separated by a partition, also a bathroom with wheelchair clearance and a handicap-compatible shower. A corner of the living-room area is a kitchen alcove, with full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink, small coffee maker, air-fryer toaster oven, and dishes and tableware.

We supply bed and bathroom linens, also beach towels.

Beach access requires exiting the building and circling it to the north, to the public beach access.

Parking is in the vacant lot directly to the south. Bring your grocery cart, if you have one. Otherwise, you may be able to borrow a luggage trolley from the lobby.

Guest access
You have exclusive access to the room 252. If you need more space, ask about the room next door, 250. There is no access to any amenities in the building, unfortunately. Beach access requires leaving the building and circling it to the north, then using public beach access.

Access is by a keypad on the door. You will receive a four-digit code shortly before check-in time.

There is a reacher in the closet that you can borrow if you need it. There is also a grab bar for the bed if you need it.

The owner is a spinal-cord injury survivor and a retired disability-management physician. If you need any help with disability assistance, feel free to ask for it.

Sheets and pillowcases are 100% cotton, for a good night's sleep.

Lamp socket switches are push-through, for people with arthritis or other hand impairments.

The bathroom has a handicap-height toilet and a wheelchair-compatible shower with a hand-held showerhead on a long hose. Yes there is a stepstool in each bathroom so that small children can use the toilet easily.
